Viktor Kossakovsky's enthralling, meandering-paced, love-or-not, arty, dialogue-free, somewhat disappointing, 90-minute, 2018 documentary dominated by mesmerizing cinematography but unfortunately lacks context, narration, subtitles, and background information while showcasing the fierce power, stunning beauty, and the danger of water in all its forms from the majestic icebergs and glaciers in Greenland, overflowing dams in California, a frozen lake Baikal in Siberia, Angel Falls in Venezuela, hurricane Irma in Miami, gargantuan waves dwarfing a sailing yacht, and waters in Mexico, Scotland, and Portugal as it subtly confronts the worldwide effects of climate change around the globe.
