Money Monster Jodie Foster directs this riveting, superbly acted, well-written, well-paced, star-studded (Giancarlo Esposito, Lenny Venito, Chris Bauer, and Christopher Denham), 95-minute film in which a distraught New York City truck driver (Jack O'Connell), who has a pregnant girlfriend (Emily Meade) and has lost $60,000 in the stock market after an alleged computer glitch, takes a television money advisor/host (George Clooney) and forces him to wear a bomb vest while the show's producer (Julia Roberts) scrambles to get answers from a doggy IBIS CEO (Dominic West) and his communications director (Caitriona Balfe).
