Krisha A low-key, dark, somber, critically acclaimed, low-budget, realistic, 83-minute, 2015 film loosely based on Trey Edward Shults' family in which chaos ensues when a mentally-unstable, sixtyish alcoholic (Krisha Fairchild), who has been estranged from her dysfunctional family (Bryan Casserly, Alex Dobrenko, Olivia Grace Applegate, Billie Fairchild, et al.) for more than 10 years, returns to the Texas home of her sister (Robyn Fairchild) and brother-in-law (Chris Doubek) during the Thanksgiving holiday where the festivities quickly unravel.
