Secret in Their Eyes An attention-grabbing, well-acted, intense, star-dotted (Alfred Molina, Michael Kelly, Donald Patrick Harvey, and Mark Famiglietti), 111-minute remake of the Oscar-winning 2009 Argentina thriller based on Eduardo Sacher's 2005 novel The Question in Their Eyes in which a tenacious, divorced FBI agent (Chiwetel Ejiofor) is joined by a coworker (Dean Morris) and the district attorney (Nicole Kidman) with whom he has had a longtime crush to investigate a person of interest (Joe Cole) for the rape and brutal murder in Los Angeles thirteen years earlier of the beautiful teenage daughter (Zoe Graham) of his broken, distraught, angry FBI agent partner (Julia Roberts).
