Walk in the Woods, A Gorgeous cinematography and terrific dialogue highlight this entertaining, factually based, well-paced, funny, star-studded (Mary Steenburgen, Nick Offerman, Kristen Schaal, and Randall Newsome), 104-minute comedy based on Bill Bryson's novel in which the critically acclaimed travel writer (Robert Redford) leaves his worried wife (Emma Thompson) in New Hampshire and heads to Georgia with his harmonica-playing, scruffy, philandering friend (Nick Nolte) from Iowa to begin walking the 2,108.5 mi- Appalachian Trail where they run into one adventure after another.
