Minions A colorful, wacky, funny, family-oriented, star-studded (voiceovers by Geoffrey Rush, Michael Keaton, Allison Janney, Steve Coogan, Steve Carell, and Jennifer Saunders), 3D, 91-minute prequel to Despicable Me in which three Minions (voiceover by Pierre Coffin) head from their Arctic cave to New York City in 1968 to find a new evil master for their tribe to serve, discover a new boss in supervillain Scarlet Overkill (voiceover by Sandra Bullock) at a villain convention in Orlando, Fla., and then when they end up trying to steal the jewel-filled crown from the Tower of London for their new leader and her inventive husband (voiceover by Jon Hamm), the heist goes awry.
