Borrowed Identity, A

When a brilliant Palestinian-Israeli student (Tawfeek Barhom), who grew up with his mother and father (Ali Suliman) in a small Arab village, meets a wheelchair-confined student (Michael Moshonov) with muscular dystrophy and falls in love with a beautiful redhead Jew (Daniel Kitsis) at an art and science academy in Jerusalem in 1988 in this engaging, poignant, coming-of-age, 104-minute, 2014 film based on Sayed Kashua's semiautobiographical novel Dancing Arabs, he soon realizes that these relationships will end up changing his life forever.
