Strongest Man, The

A low-key, unevenly paced, quirky, underdeveloped, 99-minute, modest-budget comedy that explores the everyday life of a germaphobic, unhappy, strong, anxiety-prone Cuban construction worker (Robert Lori) who is searching for inner peace and his stolen BMX gold-toned bike, and doing odd heavy-lifting jobs for an art-collecting neighbor (Lisa Banes) while hanging out with his Korean best friend (Paul Chamberlain), who still lives with his controlling parents (Nancy Fong and David Park), searching for "spiritual animals" on the streets of Miami on the advice of a German guru (Patrick Fugit), and finding himself attracted to the neighbor's charming niece (Ashly Burch).
