Ida

After a shy, orphaned, Jewish novice (Agata Trzebuchowska), who grew up in a Polish convent, goes in search of the gravesite of her parents and brother who were murdered during WWII with her redheaded, alcoholic aunt (Agata Kulesza) in 1962 in this Oscar-winning, somber, stark, black-and-white, 82-minute, 2013 film, she begins to question the vows she is about to take while her aunt questions her own future.
