Tyler Perry's Temptation When a beautiful, 26-year-old, wannabe marriage counselor (Jurnee Smollett-Bell), who works for her boss (Vanessa Williams) and with a judgmental coworker (Kim Kardashian) at a matching making agency, meets a charismatic, wealthy, egotistical businessman (Robbie Jones) in Washington, D.C., in this dark, engaging, down-to-earth, heartbreaking film, which is based on Tyler Perry's play The Marriage Counselor, she desperately tries to ignore her animalistic attraction to prevent hurting her pharmacist husband (Lance Gross) of six years and her devoutly religious mother (Ella Joyce).
