Playing for Keeps While a handsome, unemployed, former Scottish soccer star (Gerard Butler) coaches a soccer team and tries to keep connected with his nine-year-old son (Noah Lomax) and his beautiful ex-wife (Jessica Biel), who is now engaged to her boyfriend (James Tupper) of three years, in Virginia in this unrealistic, lackluster, predictable, romantic comedy, a group of horny soccer mothers, including an always-crying divorcee (Judy Greer), a former sportscaster (Catherine Zeta-Jones), and a straying wife (Uma Thurman) of an exceedingly jealous businessman (Dennis Quaid), embarrassingly fling themselves at him.
