Letters to Father Jaakob A touching, heartbreaking, well-acted, 94-minute, 2009 film about a hardened, lonely, cold-blooded murderer (Kaarina Hazard) who is pardoned from prison after killing her protective sister's abusive husband and eventually finds a connection and respect for a kindhearted, compassionate, blind Finnish priest (Heikki Nousiainen) when she reluctantly accepts a job helping the pastor with his daily correspondence.
