Chernobyl Diaries When a reckless Russian tour guide (Dimitri Diatchenko) from Kiev leads four foolish Americans (Jonathan Sadowski, Jesse McCartney, Olivia Taylor Dudley, and Devin Kelley) and an Aussie couple (Ingrid Bolsø Berdal and Nathan Phillips) on an "extreme tour" of the vacant city Pripyat that was abandoned by former employees of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor that had a meltdown 25 years earlier in this mildly suspenseful, predictable, 90-minute thriller, the trip does not go as planned as they are surprised by a bear, attacked by vicious dogs, and hunted by ominous figures.
