Caddigan, Mexico Without Borders legal coordinator Nancy Lyall, and Police Chief Charlie Deane to chronicle the highly controversial attempt of the anti-immigration racist group Help Save Manassas and its members, including President and blogger Greg Letiecq, Legislative Director Maureen Wood, and Membership Director Chris Pannell, to garner support of Virginia citizens in Prince William County in 2008 to pass a resolution that would give policemen the authority to indiscriminately detain people, particularly Mexicans, to determine whether they are illegal aliens.
