Hugo and the Dragon Jennifer Séguin narrates this imaginative, family-oriented, 106-minute, animated, 2001 Canadian musical fable filled with creative puppets in which a 7-year-old, redheaded boy discovers the humungous dragon Bijou gobbling up galaxies and constellations through his new telescope and magically rides a rooster weather vane into the night sky to help save the frightened French villagers who have sought refuge in a church.
