Powder Blue While a suicidal, guilt-ridden former priest (Forest Whitaker) looks for a compassionate executioner in an unhappy transsexual hooker (Alejandro Romero) and is befriended by a waitress (Lisa Kudrow) on Christmas Eve in Los Angeles in this gritty, well-acted film, a frustrated stripper (Jessica Biel), who worries about her hospitalized son and dealing with a sleazy boss (Patrick Swayze), is befriended by an asthmatic, bankrupt mortician (Eddie Redmayne) and an ex-con (Ray Liotta).
