Listening, The After a greedy and ruthless government contractor (James Parks) erroneously believes that his software company's high-tech audio surveillance device has been compromised and he threatens the life of an innocent Italian art gallery employee (Maya Sansa) in this lackluster and convoluted 2006 espionage thriller, a longtime National Security Agency veteran (Michael Parks) heads to Rome and enlists the help of an old colleague (Terence Beesley) to save her life by establishing a clandestine counter-listening station on the slopes of Mount Blanc in the Italian Alps.
