Numb

When an anxiety-prone, depressed, kleptomaniac screenwriter (Matthew Perry) stays in a perpetual funk after smoking too much weed to the frustration of his writing partner (Kevin Pollack) and then is diagnosed with a depersonalization disorder by a seemingly apathetic psychiatrist (Bob Gunton) in this strange, quirky, romantic comedy, he sees a light at the end of the tunnel when he meets a caring movie executive (Lynn Collins) but after their relationship turns sour, he ends up having an affair with a behavioral psychotherapist (Mary Steenbergen).
