Wager, The An engaging, Christian-themed film about an Oscar-nominated movie star (Randy Travis) whose faith is severely tested when his neglected wife (Nancy Valen) walks out, a sleazy tabloid reporter (Doug Jones) accuses him of pedophilia with a young boy (Riley McCann), a director (Bronson Pinchot) fires him from his movie set to the chagrin of his manager (Jude Ciccolella), and his beloved sister (Nancy Stafford) suddenly dies.
