Extras, The When a Chinese director (Xiu Xiaodong) and his film crew begin to audition a motley group of Polish villagers (Stanislaw Brudny, Krzysztof Kiersznowski, Anna Romantowska, et al.) as background extras for his downbeat film in this quirky, wacky Polish comedy, a married translator (Kinga Preis) tries to manage the proceedings and to keep the peace while dealing with the unexpected arrival of her former boyfriend (Bartosz Opania) and father to her young son.
