Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

An oddball, convoluted storyline and an idiotic ending mar this action-packed Steven Spielberg sequel filled with witty dialogue, nifty stunts, and striking special effects in which a whip-toting, fedora-wearing, snake-loathing archeology professor (Harrison Ford), who is laid off by his dean (Jim Broadbent), teams up in 1957 with a comb-wielding teenager (Shia LaBeouf), his spirited ex girlfriend (Karen Allen), a crazed former colleague (John Hurt), and a double-crossing agent (Ray Winstone) to beat a tenacious Soviet agent (Cate Blanchett) and her army of henchmen (Igor Jijikine, Dmitri Diatchencko, Andrew Divoff, et al.) in discovering the secrets of a mysterious, powerful crystal skull in the jungles of Peru.
