A lackluster, unfocused Andrei Nekrasov documentary that uses interviews, broadcast footage, and film clips to examine the unhealthy political climate in Russia, the alleged corruption and murders at the highest level of government, and the shocking death of former outspoken KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko who was poisoned with polonium-210 in his tea in November 2007 while in London.
