Never Back Down After a troubled, guilt-ridden Iowa teenager (Sean Faris) moves to Orlando, Florida, with his widowed mother (Leslie Hope) and tennis-playing younger brother (Wyatt Smith) and then is lured by a comely blonde (Amber Heard) and his new high school buddy (Evan Peters) to attend a party where he is taunted into brawling with a cocky, egotistical fighter (Cam Gigandet) in this well-paced, hard-hitting film, he joins a local boxing club where the no-nonsense owner (Djimon Hounsou) mentors him and teaches him self control.
