Stranger Comes to Town Bizarre and colorful avatar characters dominate this 28-minute, Jacqueline Goss animated documentary that revamps promo animation videos from the Department of Homeland Security and uses interviews with six foreigners to chronicle the daunting and at times perplexing experiences of immigrants as they make their way through Customs and the immigration process, including taking a physical examination and a chest x-ray and completing numerous forms, to enter in the United States.
