Saint Death

Gael Garcia Bernal narrates this interesting and informative 2007 Eva Aridjis documentary that examines the rituals, ceremonies, and practices of a diverse group of dedicated Mexican people, including laborers, white-collar workers, prisoners, transvestites, transsexuals, homosexuals, laborers, and just ordinary folks, who faithfully and diligently worship the skeletal, cult-like figure of Saint Death, a saint that has not been recognized by the Catholic Church.
