Feel the Noise After an aspiring teenage rapper (Omarion Grandberry) escapes to Puerto Rico to live with his estranged father (Giancarlo Esposito) and his wife after a run in with Harlem thugs in this film filled with Latin Reggaeton music, he returns to New York City with his stepbrother (Victor Rasuk) and new girlfriend (Zulay Henao) when an American record producer (James McCaffrey) promises to fulfill their dreams to make music.
