Hot Rod Unsympathetic characters and lame stunts dominate this silly, stupid, 98-minute, 2007 comedy about a nerdy, reckless teenager (Andy Samberg) who plans an ill-conceived stunt with his crew (Jorma Taccone, Isla Fisher, Bill Hader, and Danny R. McBride) to jump over a bunch of buses with his rundown motorcycle in an effort to raise $50,000 when he learns from his mother (Sissy Spacek) that his stepfather (Ian McShane) needs a heart transplant.
