Lady Chatterley

Gorgeous cinematography and an idyllic country setting highlight this multiple award-winning, sexually explicit, 168-minute, 2006 French film based on D.H. Lawrence's "John Thomas and Lady Jane" in which a disinterested, paraplegic French lieutenant (Hippolyte Girardot), who was wounded during WWI, ignores his beautiful, lonely, and sexually repressed wife (Marina Hands) who in turns seeks the attention and affections of their brawny gamekeeper (Jean-Louis Coulloc'h).
