Gracie An inspirational, factually inspired, family-friendly film in which a headstrong, rebellious, 15-year-old high school student (Carly Schroeder) in New Jersey challenges the soccer coaches (John Doman and Andrew Shue), the administration (Peter McRobbie, et al.), and the school board in 1978 when she ignores the advice of her concerned parents (Dermot Mulroney and Elizabeth Shue) to try out for the men's soccer team to the vexation of its players (Christopher Shand, et al.) after her star soccer-playing brother (Jesse Lee Soffer) dies in a tragic car accident.
