Something to Cheer About

An interesting and informative 2002 documentary that includes archival film clips of game highlights and interviews with the inspirational coaches (Ray Crow and Albert Spurlock), innovative basketball players (Hallie Bryant, Willie Merriweather, Sam Milton, Oscar "Big O" Robertson, Bill Mason, Benny Cook, Dr. Stanley Warren, John "Noon" Davies, Stan Patton, Bill Brown, Cleveland Harp, et al.) and cheerleaders (Maxine Coleman, et al.) who composed the Indiana Crispus Attucks Tigers, which was the first all-black high school basketball team to win a U.S. state championship in 1955.
