Zorro's Bar Mitzvah

This interesting and educational documentary follows stressed out parents and their excited 12-year-old Jewish children as they plan elaborate bar or bat mitzvahs to celebrate the important journey into adulthood, including a Georgian boy who has a Zorro-themed bar mitzvah staged and filmed by a prominent Jewish ceremonial filmographer, an orthodox Jew who follows strict religious rituals during his initiation ceremony, a son of an Israeli mother and Austrian father who travels to the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem to complete his bar mitzvah, and an Austrian girl anxious about her party dress, seating arrangements, and her performance during her bat mitzvah.
