Amazing Grace A powerful, poignant, factually based film about the idealistic, stubborn British politician William Wilberforce (Ioan Gruffudd) who, despite debilitating stomach ailments, joined his friend Prime Minister William Pitt (Benedict Cumberbatch) to make the world a better place and admirably succeeded when he teamed up with other Abolitionists (Rufus Sewell, Albert Finney, Youssou N'Dour, et al.) to persuade his Parliament colleagues (Michael Gambon, Ciarán Hinds, Toby Jones, et al.) to abolish the slave trade in 18th-century England.
