King Boxer

Superb martial arts choreography highlights this Chung Chang-wha 1972 classic film, originally released in the U.S. in 1974 as Five Fingers of Death, about a promising Chinese kung fu fighter (Lo Lieh) who leaves his aging master (Ku Man-Chung) and the beautiful woman (Wang Ping) he loves to train at another martial arts school where the head master teaches him the coveted Iron Palm style of fighting in the hopes that it will enable him to win a prestigious tournament against competitors at a rival school run by a villainous leader (Tien Feng) who has hired three Japanese killers (Chao Hsiung, et al.) to eliminate any competition.
