District B13 An amusing, highly entertaining, lightning-paced, bullet-packed French film in which an agile and highly motivated escaped prisoner (David Belle) with Jackie-Chan-like moves cooperates with a cat-like, highly trained undercover cop (Cyril Raffaelli) to rescue a doped-up hostage (Dany Verissimo) and to retrieve and defuse a neutron bomb that are in the hands of menacing, drug-dealing thugs (Bibi Naceri, Tony D'Amario, et al.) in a walled Paris ghetto in 2010.
