Eight Below A gut-wrenching and heart-warming factually inspired Walt Disney film with a high cute quotient about the tremendous survival instincts of a team of smart sled dogs that is abruptly left in Antarctica in the early 1990s for more than 175 days after a severely frostbitten guide (Paul Walker) and a scientist (Bruce Greenwood) suffering from a broken leg and hypothermia must be evacuated with the rest of their team (Jason Biggs, et al.) to seek medical treatment and to dodge the numbing inclement winter weather bearing down on the station.
