King Kong An entertaining, action-packed, 3-hour remake of 1933 classic about a giant gorilla (Andy Serkis) that falls for a beautiful, ingénue actress (Naomi Watts) when a resolute filmmaker (Jack Black), a well-known playwright (Adrien Brody), and a sea captain (Thomas Kretschmann) and his crew (Jamie Bell, Evan Parke, et al.) discover it and other mammoth creatures on perilous Skull Island and eventually return the big ape to New York City where it briefly becomes the 8th wonder of the world.
