Aeon Flux Dazzling special effects and visuals cannot compensate for a silly and convoluted plot in this futuristic sci-fi thriller in which a limber rebel agent (Charlize Theron) working with subversive members (Frances McDormand, Stewart Townsend, Sophie Okonedo, et al.) of an underground organization is assigned to assassinate a scientist (Marton Csokas) who leads a tightly controlled regime of clones with his double-crossing brother (Jonny Lee Miller).
