Grizzly Man An ironic, poignant Werner Herzog documentary that uses candid interviews and stunning film footage to chronicle the often fanatical and reckless life of Timothy Treadwell, who studied and lived among grizzly bears for 13 summers in Alaska and would tragically, and perhaps prophetically, be killed in 2003, along with his girlfriend Amie Huguenard, by the bears he loved and tried to protect.
