In My Coutry

When a Washington Post reporter (Samuel L. Jackson) and an Afrikaans writer (Juliette Binoche) initially spar with each other as they cover the Truth and Reconciliation Commission hearings in South Africa in 1995 at which more than 81,200 victims of Apartheid atrocities recount their tragic stories and the perpetrators (Brendan Gleeson, et al.) of torture and murder confess their horrific crimes in an attempt to seek forgiveness and amnesty, their grueling experience leaves both journalists shaken, moved, and closer together.
