Be Cool Witty dialogue and a clever script dominate this highly entertaining, well-crafted, and well-acted Get Shorty sequel in which a former shylock, cool movie mogul (John Travolta) teams up the widow (Uma Thurman) of a music executive (James Woods) to promote a new singing sensation (Christina Milian) while staying two steps ahead of the Russian Mafia, sleazy music promoters (Harvey Keitel and Vince Vaughn) and their wannabe-actor bodyguard (the Rock), and a jilted record producer (Cedric the Entertainer) and his gut-toting entourage who all want a piece the action.
