Rosenstrasse

In an attempt to understand her angry, grieving mother (Jutta Lampe) more fully after her father's death, a Jewish woman (Maria Schrader) goes to Berlin to interview an Aryan woman (Katja Riemann) who took her mother under her wing as a young girl (Svea Lohde) in 1943 after the Nazis deported her mother to a concentration camp.
