Northfork A self-important, very convoluted film that explores perceptions of life, death, and isolation in 1955 through the eyes of Montana citizens being evacuated from their land by a committee of six men (James Woods, Mark Polish, Peter Coyote, et al.) before their land is flooded for a hydroelectric dam project and a sickly orphan (Duel Farnes) who is cared for by a reverend (Nick Nolte) and seeks acceptance of four Earth-bound angels (Anthony Edwards, Daryl Hannah, Ben Foster, and Robin Sachs).
