Songcatcher  A wonderful soundtrack accompanies this film about a turn-of-the-century musicologist (Janet McTeer) who visits her sister (Jane Adams) at an Appalachian school and begins to collect and record Irish and Scottish folk songs from the initially skeptical mountain people (Aidan Quinn, Pat Carroll, Emmy Rossum, Muse Watson, Greg Cook, Iris DeMent, et al.).
